OSCAR INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Below are some step by step instructions and a OSCAR Windows 7 & 8 permissions guide OSCAR Install Instructions

Oscar will need to have some permissions granted on a Windows 7 PC. This is to allow automatic updating of the application. Follow the steps in the OSCAR Windows 7 & 8 Permissions Guide to enable OSCAR to operate correctly. OSCAR Windows 7 & 8 Permissions Guide

Additional Installers

If you get a dialog telling indicating you need Microsoft .NET Framework. Install the Microsoft .NET Framework Reboot your PC and then re-try the OSCAR installer.

Install .NET 3.5 Framework or download the full .Net Framework 3.5 offline Installer

OSCAR Authentication Process

Once installed there will be a Red OSCAR icon on your desktop, first time it is opened it will ask for Authentication code,

The next screen will require a User Code & Password.

*Please Note: We control how many times a Authentication Code or licence can be used. If you require additional access please email support@autoinfo.com.au

OSCAR should now begin pre-loading data.
